SIS and Marshalls World of Sport team up for South African live betting venture

SIS claims its new channel has been tailored to suit the South African market, which is now live via Marshalls’ online and retail operations, featuring a range of its numbers betting products, such as the twice daily 49’s draw, alongside a new regular 39’s draw.

It will also include greyhound racing, with coverage of up to 38,000 events, as well as horse racing from around the globe.

Joe Andrews, Digital Sales Manager at SIS, said: “Numbers betting is hugely popular in South Africa, where there is a strong affinity for the 49’s brand, and Marshalls’ customers will enjoy the refreshed 49’s draws and new products that are now on offer.

“Alongside horse and greyhound racing, Marshalls has a comprehensive live betting channel that will help drive customer engagement across all hours of the day.”

Marshalls will receive the broad content-based 24/7 service as a full end-to-end solution, including live-streamed pictures, data, commentary and on-screen graphics.

It will also get access to SIS Trading Services, a business segment that provides betting operators with a variety of markets and pricing for live racing.
