NeoGames enters iLottery partnership with New Hampshire Lottery

nh neoListen To Article

NeoGames has entered a new, seven-year collaborative effort with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC), which sees the supplier provide turnkey iLottery solutions from the beginning of July next year.

Included as part of the deal are NeoGames’ player account management and central gaming systems, a new NHLC website and mobile app, as well as an additional NHLC loyalty programme developed in partnership with Gambyt.

NeoGames will also provide marketing and personalisation services to the state lottery, alongside services from its customer engagement solution – NeoEngage.

The NHLC was the first state-run lottery in the US and, after launching its iLottery 2018, this latest deal will aim to further improve its customer experience for players in the Granite State.

Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director at New Hampshire Lottery, said: “We are pleased to continue our journey with NeoGames, a proven iLottery industry leader who has been a strong ally and an important technology and strategic partner as we have grown.

“This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offering to be personalised and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players.”

NeoGames content will also be distributed by the lottery as part of the agreement, further enhancing the supplier’s distribution pool and partnership portfolio. The organisation became part of the Aristocrat family in April, following approval of its acquisition. Now, the Luxembourg-based company will hope this latest development will help expand its global brand recognition.

Chris Shaban, Managing Director iLottery at NeoGames, also commented, saying: “We are thrilled to be selected by the New Hampshire Lottery as its provider for a complete iLottery solution, helping to reinforce its reputation as one of the leading lotteries in North America.”
