Digitain has launched its Centrivo CRM platform. The platform aims to improve player lifecycle management and engagement for operator partners by unifying all player-related touchpoints into a single hub.
The Centrivo CRM platform allows operators to manage player preferences and gather transactional and behavioural data. This data reportedly facilitates player lifecycle segmentation, communication and marketing automation.
The platform supports multi-channel marketing communications through email, SMS and website push notifications and can integrate with third-party providers.
Edmond Ghulyan, Digitain’s Group CSO and Chief of Centrivo Product, said: “We continue to innovate our platform for iGaming partner operators so that operators can seamlessly centralise all player data to create campaigns for onboarding, activation, actives, retention, churn management and reactivation that deliver player engagement and revenue growth.”
The Centrivo CRM platform offers features such as audience segmentation management, marketing cohorts, promotional templates, dynamic bonus management and gamification functionality.
These features are accessible via a reporting dashboard, allowing operators to analyse performance and optimise their CRM marketing campaigns.
Earlier this month, Digitain introduced the Centrivo Affiliate platform, which provides solutions for targeted affiliate marketing campaigns. The affiliate platform includes features like commission models, redirection automation, tracking optimisation and comprehensive reporting.
In addition to its CRM and affiliate platforms, Digitain has expanded its sportsbook features for Euro 2024. New features include the ‘Euro 2024 Predictor’, the ‘Bet Race Tournament’ and ‘Engaging Sport Chat.’
