Viejas Casino & Resort has announced a new partnership with ComOps, a customer experience (CX) solutions provider, to implement the Medallia Experience Cloud. The goal of this partnership is reported to gain deeper insights into guest and team member sentiment and improve overall customer service.
ComOps plans on managing the transition from Qualtrics to the Medallia Experience Cloud. This platform collects, analyses and acts on customer feedback, for the purpose of enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions that aim to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.

ComOps recently appointed Sofya McIntosh as the new SVP of Sales & Customer Success. McIntosh has over 25 years of experience in hotel operations and technology sales leadership. This appointment is expected to strengthen ComOps’ capabilities in driving growth and success for their clients.
In December 2022, Viejas Casino & Resort partnered with OPTX, a casino intelligence platform. This collaboration involved the implementation of various OPTX solutions, including Slots AI, Slot Dispatch, Player Development and Connect. These solutions were designed to optimise the casino floor with slot change recommendations and player insights.
