FanDuel has taken its first sports wagers in Indiana after both parties received all necessary regulatory consent, with DraftKings already present in the state.
The state legalised sports betting on 8 May and launched the vertical online on 3 October.
FanDuel and GAN’s partnership already includes Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where the pair have worked together since July 2019 and 2013, respectively.
GAN’s share price reached a six-month high of £1.30 ($1.70) following the announcement of the latest expansion.
Dermot Smurfit, GAN CEO, said: “Rapid deployment into the state of Indiana is a logical extension of our relationship to best support FanDuel in capturing early market share of internet sports betting in Indiana.”
The state saw $35m handle in sports betting in its first revenue report since the market regulated.
After launching on 1 September, the state generated revenue of $8.6m for the month.
