Genius Sports to supply Nascar data to operators

Only sportsbooks in regulated territories will be granted access to Nascar’s official data.

Nascar developed a sports gambling policy at the beginning of its 2019 season, in which it granted all teams the right to sell marketing sponsorships to sports betting companies and licensed sportsbooks.

Brian Herbst, Nascar’s Senior Vice President, said: “Partnering with Genius Sports allows us to deliver a dynamic fan engagement platform in the rapidly growing world of legalised sports gaming. This new relationship will provide another entry point to the sport and completes our strategy to create a more immersive experience for fans.”
