The dedicated tab within the BetMGM Sports West Virginia mobile app will have 30 online casino games, including blackjack, roulette games and a number of slots.
The online casino offering will be available on mobile and desktop and will include BetMGM’s jackpot title MGM Grand Millions.
Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM, said: “The addition of the leading iGaming offering in West Virginia is a powerful differentiator for BetMGM.
“With the largest slate of casino games in the state, we’re confident that our superior offering will quickly become the online gaming destination of choice for players.”
In July, MGM and GVC announced they would be increasing their investment into BetMGM by a total of $450m.
This is additional to the companies’ initial $200m investment in the company in 2018, after the pair said they expected to “dominate” the US sports betting market through the new venture.
At the time, GVC CEO Kenny Alexander labelled the investment as “the most important and exciting investment that GVC has ever made.”
