Following the announcement of the full Shortlist for this year’s Executive of the year category earlier this month, Gambling Insider is happy to unveil the full Shortlist across all 11 categories of the Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific 2024.

For over a decade now, the Global Gaming Awards have been respected by industry heavyweights as the most prestigious in the industry. This is mainly because of the stringent shortlisting and voting processes.

Each company and individual were shortlisted for a specific reason, which you can find in the Shortlist magazine further below. The Shortlist was decided after careful review of self-nominations, submitted by companies. Additionally, we asked independent industry consultants for their recommendations.

“Congratulations to all suppliers, operators and executives that were shortlisted this year,” said Mariya Savova, Event Manager of the Global Gaming Awards.

“Our event has a limited number of categories and a limited number of nominees (eight) per category, so to make it to the Shortlist is an achievement on its own,” she added.

A panel of senior industry executives (all with vast knowledge and years of experience in the APAC industry) is choosing the winners with only one executive per company allowed to participate. KPMG in the Crown Dependencies is independently adjudicating the voting process to ensure transparency and fairness.

Some of the executives who agreed to participate in this year’s Judging Panel include Akiko Takahashi, EVP & Chief of Staff to Chairman and CEO at Melco Resorts & Entertainment; Ethan Lai, Associate Vice President at Jumbo Technology; Jason Barry, SVP – Table Games at Galaxy Entertainment Group; Amy Jiang, Vice President at Velvix.

The winners will be revealed at a luncheon ceremony on Day 2 of the SiGMA Asia Summit, 4 June, at the Conrad Manila. Companies can purchase their tables at the luncheon via the event’s official website. The event will be livestreamed on Gambling Insider’s LinkedIn from 1pm local time for those that can’t be in attendance.

The Global Gaming Awards are powered by Gambling Insider and Gaming America. BetConstruct is the event’s Lead Partner and other event sponsors include Aristocrat Gaming, Interblock Gaming, Light & Wonder, SPRIBE and Z-Gaming.

After the Manila event, Gambling Insider is heading to Las Vegas in October for the eleventh edition of our flagship Global Gaming Awards Americas event.
